Furthermore, any other cause for termination obligated them to one month's salary.

So what was the actual reason they gave for terminating your contract?

It sounds a little too good to be true that they would give you a months salary for terminating your contract for any reason. Most companies would say for instance not give you any pay if you were instantly dismissed for gross misconduct e.g. theft, violence in the work place, under the influence of drugs, etc.

Beyond International Languages, or variously Beyond Languages International. Web: www.ksyx.net and I signed a contract clearly obligating the school to two months severance if they were not able to fill classes to fill my teaching schedule.

Furthermore, any other cause for termination obligated them to one month's salary.

Their teachers of English spoke as little English as possible and could understand less than half of what a native-speaker said when he was speaking slowly.

When I inquired, Might there be some skills training to upgrade the general English level in the English faculty?

At this suggestion, the teachers were said to be "unhappy" with this.

Standard: They not only deducted for taxes, they deducted 100% and never paid me, despite promises that they had once tried to do so but some problem at my bank caused them not to have my name correct. They had my passport copies.

Though they had the documents they needed, their promises that they executed the processing with the Province now must be put in some question.

Reimbursed expenses not reimbursed. It cost me serious money to be associated with this group. Maybe they are just a great bunch of guys underneath it all, but I did not perceive much other than cutthroat activity once I was making them course fees.

The specific location with which I had experience was Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

JZ, General Manager

The owner was a figure in the shadows, who , when he was in office, they were trying to be sure I never met face to face.
They would not release his name, only that he no longer came to the office (?) but rather he stayed virtually full-time in Beijing.
