To be clear, I said "work with" - I don't intend to sign a contract with anyone but the school I will be working for. That said, should I know the difference between a recruiter and an agent?

There are a handful of individuals who have contacted me and associated themselves with the organizations in the post title. What I am most interested in is if anyone has been placed in a school using one of those organizations and if so, how was the experience.

Additionally, any and all information that deepens my understanding of this process is helpful, so please share anything you think is useful for me, or future searchers to know.
