Yeah the demo class thing is normal, usually amounts to a five to ten minute chat with the Student. You get an idea of their level, and they see if they like you. It is a pain in the a**. Overall I thought Hampson is okay to work for part-time but doing the job full time would have drove me crazy, but I have been out of their for a few months now. Which Guangzhou branch is it? The head of the yuexiu branch is a [edited], but the majority of the rest of the staff are ok. The wage is on the low side though, so you have to put a lot of hours in to make decent money. The biggest negative is the staff seem to want to just pile you with ten or twelve hours of class at the weekend. Not really thinking about what you want

Has anybody worked for this school? They offered me a job but i'm not sure about accepting it. They said i need to demo classes to attract students. Is this normal?
