She accuses me of making “baseless assumptions” and being “pompous” – this is an indication that she is losing her argument. She has made assumptions too, for example, she assumes that “you dislike the idea of giving a demo class.” To tell her frankly, I had given demo lessons and got positive feedback from students and teachers. At one school where I gave a demo lesson, one assessor came up to tell me: “I could see you enjoyed giving the lesson.” But I still feel giving a demo lesson is not the right way to evaluate a teacher.

In spite of what the other posters have said, she still refuses to see what’s wrong with giving demo lessons. She doesn’t want to know “Good intentions do not justify a bad action.” None so blind as those who will not see.
