Maybe you are right, but the only evidence I've seen so far that they(berkley) are anyway in the same league as really bad private teaching companies....... like Yuncheng IELTS for example, is a few decidedly iffy(as to authenticity) and badly written posts; whereas, the likes of Yuncheng IELTS has built up an extensive collection of very well- written posts both for and against, going right the way back to the days of Ian M[edited], an FT who actually supported Yuncheng IELTS-in fact he supported them to the bitter end. Do you remember Ian, a big bear of a man, by all accounts?

I'm not saying you are wrong about this Berkeley but do we have any evidence yet?
