Your point towards the problems of a training center is basically applicable to any pretend education business in china, the very reason being what you lastly said:

Unfortunately 99.99% of the time it's always some buffoon or a wicked individual with a devious agenda. One could have stayed at a training center for a long time like you did or constantly jump ship like I had done. It doesn't matter at the end of the day. But you are moving on so you won't really need to deal with the crap there much longer I assume.
