Avoid this school at all costs. Reasons being:
1.This school is racist and specially hates Filipinos.
2.They have fired half of their foreign teachers since I worked there in 2011.
3.Some Thai teachers backstab you while acting friendly.
4.The school will not give you the paperwork for visa and will not help you
in anyway to get a Non-B work visa and work permit. They ask you to work
on a visa that ‘you’ can get, meaning you have to teach illegally on another
kind of visa that has nothing to do with working at Maneewattana. In case of
an immigration raid, a teacher without a ‘Non-B’ visa and a work permit for the
the exact school that he is teaching at, will be arrested and deported in one week.
5.This school does NOT offer a 1 year contract.
6.This school does not offer medical insurance.
