It is really fun to be a recruiter, when you can see a lot of people come and go. I'll just share some stories for other recruiter to pay attention to.
Firstly, there are some guys that seems nice, good experience, good methodology, decent man----good candidates for your position.BUT you need to protect yourselves. I met one of them ask for transportation fee paid first because their money transfer is delayed. So I paid for his train ticket and get him the visa invitation letter. And this guy never shows up. refuse to talk or connect.
