Re: JETAEDU - re Teching Jobs in China

I have just received this e-mail out of the blue. A Chinese girl in a developed province of China wants to help me get a 'teching job', whatever that might be! I feel somewhat flattered! Anyways, maybe said agent/recruiter can outshine her spelling hugely by finding me a superb (in my eyes only) teaching job! Can anyone recommend this 'Guangzhou' agent/recruiter to me? Is she eorth running with?

Glad to put my pennyworth in , Foxy Poster. You ask the question "Is she worth running with?" which seems to imply that if you do, it'll create a lot of work for you in furnishing her with her requirements? Of course you should run with it, because all you have to do is, click click, send her the documentation she will wants...sit back, eat some dumplings and see if she comes up with the goods or not-she is the one who has to do all the work-no? You will either get a call from school boss or you won't, for 2 minutes work. It will then be up to you to question him about terms and conditions. No skin off your nose to let it run. Now, am I right or am I right?

Re: JETAEDU - re Teching Jobs in China

Thanks for the heads-up! Not that I'm looking for a teaching job, but other forum readers will benefit from your warning. I just wonder how Jacky got a hold of my e-mail address. No doubt there are other practising and non-practising FTs who have also received her unsolicited materials via the world-wide web!
