Don't make yourself out to be an expert on visas. Buckland has been dealing with visa issues for 20 years. He's the visa expert, not you. But if you insist you're an expert on visas, by all means, start your own agency and tell foreign teachers, "My agency is safe because I'm an expert on visas." Then start trying to arrange visas for the foreign teachers you hire. You'll out very quickly how little you know about visas.
