If he/she is not worth a lot because of the obvious limitations, then they simply should not employ that person. If they still do, then what is the amount that he/she is worth?
To determine the latter is, I am afraid, quite difficult if not impossible.
These stupid Chinese bosses should be brought to justice, they cheat their "students" and that "teacher" by employing someone like that -- cheat, cheat, cheat - what a rotten industry!
