You clearly didn't read the message that was posted before this that explained what kind of school this is. So, your assumption of me is a little premature. I am only posting messages to try and warn people to stay away from this school. It should not matter what my thoughts are and how that relates to working with colleagues. Like I said, I am only trying to warn people to stay away from this school and there are many other post from different people that will prove this. And BTW, my colleagues liked working with me and we still keep in touch today and the school that I recommend against also wanted to renew my contract and double my salary.

Nice English, maybe you should read your work before you post, "short yourself in the foot," hahaha... along with a few others like "I take" should be "I will take". By the way, that post was sent and reviewed by all of my coworkers before I posted it and they praised me for what I wrote. Most of them actually thought my review was too passive. My suggestion to you is, go take the job and let me know how it works out. But, don't be mad after you have read countless reviews advising against anyone from taking a position at Gallop (Chi Cheng). I would advise anyone to not take this post with a "grain of salt." I am only speaking from my experience and letting you know, you will hate your job and you are better off trying somewhere else instead. This business is clearly in it for the money and trying to short change you whenever possible (but this is how many schools, not all schools, work in China, so you should expect this kind of treatment). Hence, why no new teachers were hired. They hire only twice a year (with few exceptions), after Chinese New Year and the Summer break. So, if the staff is short handed when you arrive, it will stay that way until the next break, but at that time you will be losing the teachers whose year is up by that time. If you do take a position with this school, all I can say is good luck.
