Good work for Frank and the guys on finding these idiotic schools who think we are as stupid as they are. here is one to REALLY check out and to avoid like the plague.

This school last posted August 29th. In it the MOST funny thing is that they are willing to offer the email addresses of other satisfied teachers. They also claim to be expanding the children's division. I know from current and former staff and teachers, that they have LOST 70% of their students since March 2006. I have the email addresses of 13 UNSATISFIED teachers, who have had the following things happen to them:

1. Pay withheld at end of contract because "that's not how we calculate your hours"
2. Fines levied for silly things such as playing computer games AFTER hours and missing meetings that are scheduled on your day off. In the meantime, the owner sits on her fat ass all day and is an expert in playing solitaire.
3. Have your visa pulled surrepticiouly just weeks before you are to be paid 10's of thousands in bonuses.
4. Asking for TESL or a degree in English when the owners, and the D.O.S. don't have anything close to it.
5. Offering payment upon the end of your contract, with a signed letter by the 'Chairman' only to find they renege on it just 2 days prior to your leaving the country knowing in advance you cannot change your airplane ride.

My goodness, if you have ANY sense, please stay away from this school, which is "attached" to Shandong University. In fact, they rent space from them, and have had such things as the power turned off and police threatening them with court action for non payment.
