I don't care if people smoke, but I care where they smoke. If someone wants to smoke at a non-smokers house they should go out on the balcony and use an ashtray.

That is right, it is basic etiquette.

Like if you take a dump in someones bathroom, rather than leave the smell lingering, open the window, and try and blast air freshener around. Seems some people lose all sense of self once abroad!
