I agree that arrainged marriages should be illegal in any country. I went to a Christian high school ,don't see any value in them. This stuff about "Christain values" is a load of codswallop and also unnatural IMO.

Christian these days don't seem to go in for arranged marriages. I'd like to see all God-believing disappear; which doesn't mean it should be a free-for-all to practice all manner of abominations. I agree with you, I basically think you have the right approach towards your over twenties students- more power to your elbow.
