The job is advertised as being tax free, but he deducts tax for Oman and Home Country. I wonder if the HM Inspector of Tax has received anything from him whatsoever. One cant get paid by bank until one gets a labour card, and one cant get it on a tourist visa. This guy has it all well planned out. 4.1 The Employee’s salary will be payable in equal monthly instalments in arrears by credit transfer, subject to deduction of tax or other sums as required by the law of the Base Country. Where the law of the Sultanate of Oman requires other deductions from salaries, such as for local tax, these will be made by the Employer.
