Why would any-body want to go and teach English in Russia- why would any-body want to subject themselves even to the wretched freezing cold-the hard-faced corruption which has been endemic in that hell-hole since time immemorial? if you're silly enough to go and teach that far east, then you deserve to come a cropper. Even the Russians try and escape to teach English in China.

If war breaks out in the Middle East (and Russia is allied with Iran) I can tell you that anyone with an English or American accent wont be welcome in the area. If they have so much staff, why then are they always advertising? EF isnt the only school in Moscow, there are others. Above all, the accommodation EF offer is shite, and more often than not on the outskirts of the city and one spends a lot of time outside that of the teaching hours (that one is not paid for) getting from place to place.
