Re St. Theresa Int. College - Nakhon Nayok, Thailand

After reading the review about the school, I am in a dilemma. Can anybody tell me if it's a good place for ESL teachers? Can I grow as a teacher? Do we get keen students? What kinds of facilities are there in classes?

Thanks in advance

I worked at this place in 2004. Staff turnover then was 30% per month. Horrible horrible place to work. Didn't give a stuff for staff and students, only dollars. I stayed six months until I received my promised transit expenses.

The school goes by a few names to confuse the government and it's sponsor - inti group
St. Theresa inti college
St. Theresa int'l college
St. Theresa international college

Worst place I have ever worked!

The average teacher lasts two months. The average student, about the same. They even gloat about their incoming classes of 1500 and graduating classes of 150.

The staff scoff at the foreign lecturers. Refuse to help in any way and post damaging information about you on the Internet that they then email around the school.

Half the teachers are forced to work without the proper papers. The other half can't be granted proper papers anyways because they never had the correct education or experience but were approved by St. Thersa's - because these people can be treated in the worst way and not quit.

Lastly, the contract means nothing and the promise of 40k per month soon dwindles down to barely anything other than threats of you take them to court or quit.

Avoid this place at ALL costs!
