Well said. I knew a young aussie who was working in Jilin, he told me they treat contracts just as toilet paper, and that they have a bad reputation even amongst other chinese, and are looked down on in south china. I certainly would not work in those godforsaken provinces and their crappy schools and management ethics!!!!!
