When I was in Bayuquan, I saw a whole back street full of TCs with names like Oxford, Cambridge, didn't find Eton though. They all look like they've never seen a person of high class, even though Bayuquan is probably the wealthiest suburb of Yingkou (Dashiqiao might actually be wealthier, but it is a shithole). Then again, one does not need to really think too hard to imagine what kind of centre this would actually be. It is a training centre and I actually doubt that most places in Bayuquan have a license to recruit foreign teachers.
