It's a small school and they don't have a website but you can find their details on the Spanish Yellow Pages on the internet.
Not sure if they hire non EU members, but it wouldn't hurt to ask them.

I just wanted to say that this is a fantastic school to work for. I worked there for a year and really enjoyed my experience there. The recruitment process was quick and simple and the management is very upfront and honest with you from the beginning.
This school is a definite recommendation for anyone looking for work in Spain.
By the way, that's Palencia with a 'P' and not Valencia - many people get the two confused!
