I had met such a Western woman ("far worse than the Western women that you tend to meet back home") last year at China TEFL Helen's company in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Really awful!!!!
I'd actually argue that the Western women that you tend to meet in China, are far worse than the Western women that you tend to meet back home.

Money is not the only concern in regard to where a person lives. For example, if you're a guy who does not like the Western women in your own country what can you do? There is no choice but to move to an Asian country. However living and working illegally in a foreign country is not the way to go.
Even though the majority of women in my hometown are a bunch of dogs (if you are reading W.W, I'm being so sexist, sue me!), things aren't so bad in nearby towns. I'd actually argue that the Western women that you tend to meet in China, are far worse than the Western women that you tend to meet back home.
Then again, some people might just not find western women that attractive in general. There's also the former Soviet Union, Africa and Latin America and places like that, full of nice women that may not be considered to be Western.
