NDI or New Dynamic Institute is the worst school that you could possibly work for in Nanjing and other cities as well. They will seem friendly when you first start working there but as soon as you try to leave the school, even after fulfilling your contract, they will try their best to make it impossible for you. This A-XXXXX person, as mentioned by previous teachers is completely evil. She will literally try to stop you from getting a job in any other institute within Nanjing and even in another city. The school is very hard up for native English speaking teachers right now because of her. Most teachers there are not even qualified or are not native speakers. Anyways, stay far far away from them or you will regret it!

I just left NDI and what bob rock and the others have said is totally true, it was a living hell getting out of that school, the same woman they mentioned Al++++ is a pure witch. Any teacher that wants to leave she and the HR will do whatever they can to make it as difficult as they can for you. This school should be closed.
