I doubt very much if the man entered 'molesting' down as a hobby on his cv. I'm afraid your righteous indignation is wildly unfair to the unfortunate employer who hired him. Are you not aware that many molesters don't even have criminal records to check? I doubt if most self-respecting molesters would wish to come to China to molest. If the company has made a mistake it is your duty (as you feel so strongly about it) to approach said company in a rational way and offer your help and advice to make sure it does not happen again.
