They were told many times about his behaviour. They just screwed their faces up, got on with their day and did absolutely nothing about it. He proceeded to bulldoze his way to the top despite many complaints. I know three teachers who've left largely due to his behaviour and the fact that nothing was done, amongst other things of course.
