Now about AALC they have many schools, I work for them for two years teaching at Thai schools they paid me on time every month one or two times a day late, they did non b and work permit for me. Mainly when teacher don't get paid cause miss days of school or school said to agency get rid of teacher students don't like the teacher, so school only pay ex amount of dollars or sometimes not pay at all. Standard wage Thailand 30000 baht.Thai teacher 8000 baht some of them ones teaching long time maybe 22000 baht these teachers train four years get degree in education, when foreigner does 4 week course then complaints to Thai teachers they not paid good enoughn. Once again I have done English camps and work at schools for AALC two years and always been paid. There are two sides to a story well three one is one person the other person then the truth. This makes me sad people post or say bad and never say what really happen with school or agency most times its the foreigner teacher cause students didn't like them.
