I notice they have SAFEA violators, recruiters and schools on their list. These would be Chinese people, but this group appears to be a group of expats. I am wondering what they can really do in terms of "street justice" in China against Chinese people. I know a lot of these schools are cheats, but I have never heard a group of foreigners going into a country and doing something like this. Wouldn't official Chinese law enforcement shut them down?
