The gou rou guo is quite good actually....if you are not sweating about food enough, then your ethnography is too shallow imho, ROFL some more!!!

About christianity though, isn't eating dog meat forbidden or "haram" as for muslims. I shall have to check the scriptures on this point, I recall leviticus saying it is forbidden to eat shellfish?
