However, it may become more difficult for good degreeeless native speakers to secure positions. This will of course open the flood-gates to even more non-native teachers to mislead the students with their atrocious grammar and sentence structure. Or come out with stuff like 'a donkey in the bush is worth two in the hand.' Unfortunately you can't rely on the Chinese to get things right all the time- would you agree?
