Re Pretend and Real Teachers

And since you are copying Beth a lot lately ,I'm sure she will be of the opinion that 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.' I am sure she's noticed that whenever she's 'cut you to the quick' with a dazzling chunk of English; low and behold you use it(her words...nearly) on some other poor poster, a day or two later hahaha!

He has had a lot of free help on the use of idiomatic language from me recently!

And yes, I do notice it cropping up... Gives me an enormous sense of well-being! Proves that he knows I'm right he just can't quite bring himself to admit yet! :D

Re Pretend and Real Teachers

And you don't know what a sinologist is, do you? Doesn't matter. Regardless of what I might say, you will continue to believe that this term refers to a master baker of pies with flies. Yes, that's what you are but it is not the meaning of sinologist.....LOL

I have to hand it to you, Turnoi, you are a copier-extraordinaire . In fact if you'd chosen to go into fine art, you'd have made a fortune by now, with 1000 copies of Mona Lisa. You remind me of some English literature (not exact I'm sure) - "Polly put the kettle on- I'm a devil! I'm a devil!-Polly put the kettle on ,we'll all have tea, Polly put the devil on..." Recognise it? Hahaha lol.

Nope haven't a clue what 'sinologist' means! Is it a person who is expert in saying things like 'indefinite' in Latin?? I'd die for your knowledge, Turnoi.
