Naomi, although you are "bilingual" just as your school is,, it takes a lot more than you may think to truly learn English. So, if you care about the school's "wonderful children", you'll adjust your school's "methods" and also offer "the culture" that comes with the language you obviously know so little about. Lastly, when recruiting FTs pay attention to their qualifications, experiences and characters prior to accepting them into your fine school there, and provide them with professional terms and conditions that draw quality teachers.

T.I.C doesn't cut it any more. 'This is China' is the equivalent of aspirin that uncivilised, non-evolved Chinese people reach for when they get a headache from the changes caused as a result of being forced to increasingly become civilised like people in developed countries. Changes, such as being forced to use our superior teaching methods. Did you really think that you were just importing foreign white monkeys to exhibit in a show for your spoilt brat children?
T.I.C is just a pathetic excuse that no longer works with anybody; especially now that everybody knows that your economy is buggered and we are also losing reasons to pander to the Chinese and accommodate their inefficiencies and failures by the day. Your modern culture is worthless, just like those cheap crap products you made; the Vietnamese and Bangladeshis are stealing your manufacturing industry as we speak and we put the brakes on all that wonderful F.D.I that was the fuel for that rapid growth, lay off several Chinese workers in our factories and move production to places where we can get a better bang for our buck.

Don't even think about going to work for Naheya bilingual school. The headmaster is a dirty old man, someone who should absolutely not run a school. Vanessa is his 'dog', even if she says;'goodmorning' to you, it is a lie. She faked her certificates and is afraid for teachers who know better than her, (nearly everyone). She is the woman who only thinks eat or being eaten. The lowest of the lowest from America. She has a history in the American army,maybe this is an excuse.
Believe me Alcatraz was a better place to be.There are many good schools in Hohhot, you don't need this one. Don't do it, you get hurt.

This has been the most draining experience I’ve had in my life here in China. And I can suspect people will say as they read this; "you should have taken more precautions," "done more research on the company," "not have signed the contract," or "there are people that are poor and have nothing, you shouldn’t complain." I can name more things about the better choices I "should" have made, and maybe my problem is relatively small to what others have suffered, but that does not justify the fact that this school conned me and countless others to make us believe that they can process a working visa that resulted into going in and out of the country for a lot of times in our own expense . We were brought here to work illegally with tourist visas and business visas.

AVOID NAHEYA BILINGUAL SCHOOL IN INNER MONGOLIA.
Teachers please avoid being cheated by those liars. That cheap school is maybe the worst school in China. They do not deserve to have foreign teachers, but there is a American women called VANESSA, that spends the whole day on SKYPE telling lies to naïve teachers who are looking for a teaching job.
The owner, they call him, HEAD MASTER, is a simple old businessman that knows nothing about education and cannot speak English. He is a Cheap bastard that only care about how to make money. He never talk to the teachers. He is always trying to make money from naïve parents that believe that their children will learn English in that building.
He also decided to pay somebody for making a really bad English book to teach those poor children. If you dare to say anything against that book, you will be fire!
When you arrive here He will tell you that you have to sleep with 20 students.
If you refused to do that, he then does not give you the job. The contract that you signed it is just a dirty piece of paper here.
All the foreign teachers who work there are not happy, they always wake up and regret being at this cheap school. But because they are already in the hole and do not know how to get out of it, they need to stay here eating the same cheap food that the school provide.
Vanessa will promise you an apartment and a return ticket. You will never get it if you managed to stay in that school for one year. It does not matter if you complaint to the immigration department or the police. The school will not give you a return ticket.
Just this September 2014, four foreign teachers have quitted, because the school cannot even get them a Z VISA.
VANESSA will promises you everything she could to bring you here, and after you get there, you will be dumped into a shit hole. No job, no Z VISA. NO MONEY.
They will use you and will give you what they WANT. I have been there myself, I have seen it all, thanks to God I am out now. Vanessa is simply a big liar.
Teachers please do not waste you time and money coming to Hohhot. Save yourself the headache and trouble and pain before you sign a contract with those two faces people.
I know those people. I was cheated by them. I wasted $3000.
