I'm from Angola and I've heard of this college, although I must tell you that it's a new college opening up next year. So, even though in one hand it might be legit, you might want - on the other hand - just ask them straight why they haven't asked for any ref and the such. It might be that they are expecting (assuming) you'll be bringing all the relevant and necessary docs with you.
