I sympathise with such employers. Trouble is they can't get real teachers. What are they supposed to do, employ Russians and Africans to mess up students' heads, whose only asset is they belong to the 'sacred order of degree holders?' Yes they should do that! The fact that they won't learn any decent English is of secondary impotence....hahaha, made a typing error but I'll leave it ..it hangs nicely.
