Have you actually travelled anywhere? People rip people off over the world in every continent, so I’m not sure what kind of sheltered life you’ve lived. Why pick on specific races?

Vietnams an awesome country, just many westerners don't take the time to integrate and understand the culture.

It wouldn't surprise me if there is a lot of cheat and deceit in Vietnam also. I knew a british girl who was not impressed with that place, overcharging foreigners more than locals, rip off tuk tuk drivers who happen to know of a "better" hotel, or somehow don't know the destination you want to go to, and so take you on a longer route, just to charge you more.
I'd never go to that place!!!!!!
