Their business is getting medically trained Chinese to pass the Australian Immigration English entrance examination. This exam is a wholly created and marked in Australia for which there is no way to cheat or bypass, whatever this Chinese company suggests. They have no connection with the Australian government.
Their business works well convincing gullible Chinese medics that studying medical cases in English is the way to succeed. Being their profession, medicine is more interesting to them and there are few complaints. However this will not pass the examination although is made to sound like it will, so this company can keep their niche. You will have to teach medical which is difficult for English teachers, the students of course will fail as this is not the subject, which will in turn be your fault with your salary at stake. Win-win for them as the docs pay a lot for the course. Dont work for them.
