I was a full time teacher for 2 years with another Web branch.
On completion of my second contract i returned to the UK.
The company decided as I had left China they would not need to pay my final month salary, accommodation, bonus etc.
Unfortunately i had the e-mail addresses of over 100 students, including businesses using the training school.
I e-mailed every contact in my address book connected with the school, including the owner, DOS, teachers, tutors, students.
One week later they paid my money.
I felt completely disgusted with the actions of the school, although I was always aware that dishonesty towards students and teachers was an every day occurrence.

Certainly working for a college or university is easier, less hassle, although lower salary.
If you want to live a little, have a social life then evenings and weekends in schools such as Web are not ideal.

Make your choice depending on your needs, but be aware of the frustrations involved with private schools. Their aim is profit. They do not care about quality of materials, teachers or class planning etc.

Teaching can be a great job, in the right environment.

Good luck
