Great schools in China? Don't make me laugh! In my experience, trying to find one is like trying to find the proverbial needle in a haystack. From an employee's point of view, the cream of the crop are average at best. There's always something wrong with Chinese schools, from things that annoy a foreign teacher quite a lot to those that downright inflame him (or her)!
