الحمد لله وحده الذي "علم بالقلم،علم الانسان مالم يعلم"(سورة العلق الآية (4و5)والصلاة والسلام على (نبينا محمد(صلوات الله وسلامه عليه وآله اجمعين)

We are 32 teachers (both men and women) that were appointed by a recruiter (M. Trading) to work at the University of Hail as of September 2011. Since the very beginning we had to beg for our salaries every month instead of getting paid regularly, based on the signed contracts. Due to the three months summer holiday of the university, starting on the 6th of June, the university officials and the recruiter promised to pay us before the 25th of the May. But the university has not signed a contract with the recruiter for the next year and the recruiter has not been paid from the university so far, therefore, the recruiter has given us a notice that salaries will be paid upon getting money from the university. He also insists that we should vacate our apartments immediately!! without getting our dues (salaries of April and May).

It is not our fault that the two parties have not been able to renew their contract for the next year, we, the teachers, have worked hard and got the job done properly, so we need to get paid based on the Labour Law Article 12 and Saudi Sharia’ law.

We request you to help us to resolve the above issue as requested below:
1) We want our due salaries for the months of April & May to be paid immediately.
2) We want the University and the recruiter M. Trading act according to the signed contracts.
3) Reward and pay us one month extra for working 9 months based on the university and labour law.
