Fair enough we can't agree on this exactly, nothing personal. Just the reluctance to spend money, ie put a laser printer in the ft's flat and no modern pc, but then modernize the admin offices or such is the point I'm trying to make, or, we have money, we just don't want to spend it on white hairy monkey. Laser printer can be given, but then when going to supplies room, NO TONER!, then what is the point? Like giving an FT a car but saying you can't get any petrol, or pc, but your room has no net access, ridiculous!

Hahaha, a good analogy San Mig. You are quite right, the Chinese can be a bit lack-a-daisical. Now, this is where your people skills come in; some of us don't react to things not-as-they-should-be, all-guns-blazing method.
