In response to Re Web International Yangzhou (Enola)

I would like to point out a few things about the Yangzhou Web school. I've read a lot of reviews on here, and I have to say many seem misguided. I understand Students pay a large sum of money to study there, but I currently work there, which I would say ranks right up there as one of the worst choices I have ever made.

Teachers are mostly qualified and do the best they can given the outrageous conditions we are in. You have the center manager talking about teachers previous failures and experiences behind their backs to other teachers, you have an owner Tracy who believes that teachers should be emotionless and professional, so much so when students are rude or disrespectful foreign teachers have no ability to deal with those things, and most tutors can only talk to them which does nothing to solve the problem.

We teachers are paid to teach to the best of our ability and present ourselves in a professional manor, we are not paid to baby sit spoiled children, or counsel horrible behavior. It is because we are foreign teachers we are subjected to such disrespect. I agree completely with previous posts saying the school wants your money. They use their excessive advertising and charms to lure you in, then they stay focused on your happiness and not your education for fear of you asking for a refund. This is absolutely true as its been flat out told to me be senior management at the yangzhou center.

As a teacher I would say this is not a place to work if you expect to be treated with dignity, they don't care about valid complaints and suggestions, they simply want teachers who will keep their mouths shut and head down. This will be the last time I work for web and I hope to finish the contract but I am seriously considering quitting.

I would say I pity any teacher working here and any student attending!
