This crap company must be even worse than Helen in Hangzhou, they at least have all the licenses required to hire foreigners and links to the government although they are outright crooks.

Exactly, apart from 'Hangzhou Helen' and Enfly, the only other really dreadful agent that I have heard of is Tian Shuo of Jilin Province. That's not to say there aren't others out there just as bad, too!
