Since I am changing jobs within the country of China, from the city of Beijing to the city of Guiyang, will I have to go do another health check to apply for my new Z visa? My health check from my previous school is being used to obtain the work permit and letter of duly authorized unit from the Human Resource and Social Security Bureau in Guiyang. I read on the website http://english.visitbeijing.com.cn/play/navigating/n214792001.shtml that this will most likely be required. Can you guys help me? I am concerned.
