The school will contract you out and while they make the larger part of your pay, they will still make sure your at a loss with whe classes you will teach for them as well as all the monotonous English corners you'll be required to teach! With this being said, I think they need to rethink how they're conducting their business, preferably before they keep losing all their English teachers, especially those who are native speaking English teachers!
