Don't work for English Tube in Xinxiang (Henan Province). They are incredibly unprofessional and lie through their teeth out of habit. They pay us late, change our schedules without advanced notice, make us pay for their mistakes (i.e. I had to fly to Hong Kong to fix their mistake, and had to pay for my own accommodations), refuse to help us get appliances in our apartments fixed, don't give us assistants in the classrooms, and don't involve you in any of the teachers' meetings. If you give them advice on how to improve the school, they will pretend to take your advice, but they won't follow through on a single thing.
