Dear Friends and ESL Future Teachers,

If you are to have an interview or invitation from [edited], Hong Kong Young Artists Academy, try to think carefully 1001 times before you step into the rollercoster of stupidities that [edited] is gonna put you through. A careless womman, has no clue on how the visa processing work. Does not legally have a registered business in China but lies to teachers that: "It is very difficult to apply for working permit, type Z for China". Indeed! It is not difficult at all, but when I tried to applied, and if you're qualified teacher, and you've got all the education and grades to show is not difficult at all, anywhere in the world. As long as you have some English Teaching proof to show, or that you are native speaker of Anglosakson countries. However, [edited] lies because she herself does not have a business license to give to teachers, when the embassy asks for it. I asked her, and she simply terminated my contract, bcs she said she cannot provide it. Instead of finding other alternative solutions of which she is incabalbe of, she gets rid of you, as simple as that is, or of any employer if they oppose her something.

My other disadvantage was that I had a finger disability, two fingeers attached and as soon as she saw me, she felt sort of "humiliated" by my fingers, and was extremely racist, judgmental in my treatment. Did not even bother to find me a school, just terminated me without notice and asked me to go home.

Be prepared that it may take up to 1 month until she will find a school. She also expects that you should spend from your own money, so she WON'T be paying at all for the 1 month you waste for her.

Above anything else, be prepared tto go with WORKING VISA, BE IT FOR HONG KONG, OR CHINA. Otherwise, if she doesn't like you, she wouldn't care less to let you go, without any ticket reimburment, or visa. You'd have to pay evth on your own. So, be CAREFUL guys with this woman. She has a cunning way to invite teachers, great diplomacy to get her business going, but if you stumble on the road, she's not going to help you. She'll just kick you off. Overall, she's extremely unintellegent person and does not know her ways how to handle with difficult issues, such are contracts ect. Make sure you are LEGALLY working for her, and that means with WORKING visa, not with contract. Contract does not mean anything if you have no visa with her. If something happens, you won't be able to sue her in the court either, without the working permit.

Make sure you get it in your own embassy too, before you buy and spend money for your ticket, coz she won't be much helpful once you are in Hong Kong or Huadu, which she lies also that the job is ini Guangzhou, but in fact it is not. It is in Huadu.
