Illegal tactics include:

Simply English Kolomna has a history of illegal tactics with employees.

When I was working with them they attempted to illegally:
*Not give me a Russian contract [Elena acknowledges that she refused to give me a Russian contract in the audio recording.]
*The contract states: "For the convenience of the Employer, this contract may be translated into Russian upon request and prior to the signing of these documents."
*Pay me once a month instead of twice a month.
* Give me written notice that they were firing me.
*Give me the required legislative time to fire me (3 days).

Currently of unknown legality:

* Not paying employees for the first week of work.
Broken contractual promises:
* The contract states "The Employer will provide the Employee with 5000 Rub stipend on the first days of training." I never received this stipend.
