Your 'point of orientation' is the basic principle of business. Regardless as to whether a company/business is educational or not, the main concern of most owners/bosses is for their company to make a profit. This is how the world goes round.

In most of these companies/businesses there are employees who work hard, are proud of what they do whilst at the same time are doing it very well, with noticeable results.
