They're a bunch of disrespectful crooks. As someone else pointed out, it's like a cattle market. You have to fight to get a login code, fight to get in the training group and I'm sure that pay isn't honoured. I was in a group of 25 people scheduled to do the demo, but on the day they said that they could only see 18, so they kicked some of us out and said we'd need to do it another day. I think they did me a favour because they're proven how unprofessional they are, and they're just not worth any more of my time. I dealt with a gormless woman called Sunny who put me in the training group but failed to inform the trainer. Also the Chinese trainer Angie has a horrible manner. When I first started corresponding with them, they had 3 American members of staff, all of whom mysteriously left within a week or two. That in itself is a sign that the company is bad news.

Having worked in China before, I should have realised it would be very disorganised because they don't plan anything sufficiently. I remember some of my colleagues weren't paid for months, and their culture dictates that employees should be very subservient (basically take what you're given or nothing at all). They lie to save face so will never admit they are wrong.

Stay well clear of this Le Waijiao cowboy outfit. The company name (happy foreign teacher) should be changed to 'unhappy foreign teacher.'
