I left that kindergarten two weeks ago , they refused to pay me my last salary and made me pay four months for the flat to stay just one month !!!
Leaders don't know how to do their job even they didn't know how to write my release letter !!
Before my leaving I gave them a month notice , wrote my reasons !!! Then they said we won't pay you coz I broke the contract !! What exactly they couldn't answer !!!
I really don't advise any teacher to work there , as you will face so many problems with the managers , who actually don't have any idea about teaching or managing the kindergarten!!!

Currently operating under many aliases. Claiming 10 years of being open although only 3.
claims of being operational in several cities in cChina, but if you ask to go to others they say Yinchuan is the only place hiring.
Using an agency called sj agency Ltd guy called a Alex murphy , to hire on their behalf.
Also heard that this agency takes a cut of teachers salarys on a monthly basis.

Update to this its getting kind of funny now.
Seems they cant hire anybody and have gone to last resorts. They've got a 60 year old Russian there and they seem to be posting using an alias.
Hilarious.
Anyone see a kindergarten vacancy in Yinchuan be careful!
