So... What would you think of an FAO at a university who hires foreign teachers to write their English masters thesis?

I imagine this same FAO sees them-self as a (petite...Sic) political player. Well, they have mastered the art of the persuasive lie...
Emboldening students into dishonesty.

And of course, this FAO has a marked bias for White, non-native speakers...

After all, it's what the students want, Still, the student's English is so poor that they can only understand non-native speakers.

But... They will all pass anyway. Especially when the FAO will encourage students leaders to get exam answer keys from the Foreign teachers...
Then, the students leaders can give the answers to their friends and classmates, at their pleasure...

Everybody passes!

Foreign teachers don't really have to work!

No students learn anything!
